This seminar provides an overview of selected research papers from the STBE journal. The speakers will first introduce a stochastic model for typical building electricity load profile analysis to promote comprehensive management of smart buildings. Then, a Cosine-based correlation information entropy approach for building automatic fault detection baseline construction will be discussed. Finally, a study on an assessment of efficiency and stability for reinforcement learning-based building control models, will be presented. These are examples of the variety and depth of the cutting-edge technical information and case studies in the HVAC&R industry that ASHRAE members can access through the STBE articles.
